Must know the benefit of Sharing your ideas

Must know the benefit of Sharing your ideas Sharing your ideas You must utilise any community forum to share your business ideas with the fellow entrepreneur. You can refine your thoughts and improve your business plans by asking others to challenge your ideas. You may find learners with similar ideas; collaborations might provide a possible route forward. However, it is important to remember that we live in a competitive world – if you do have an idea for the ‘next big thing’, you may choose to keep some of the details to yourself. You need to weigh up the risk involved by sharing your ideas against this great opportunity to receive feedback and learn from others. Whether you discuss your ideas in full or part is completely up to you; we just want you to take a moment to consider the possible repercussions before you jump in.

5 ways how to be transformed from JobSeeker to JobGiver

5 ways how to be transformed from JobSeeker to JobGiver Let’s take trade and youth seriously Making trade work for young jobseekers requires identifying and removing barriers Today’s youth are more educated than any previous generation. However, for many of them this does not translate into economic opportunities. Some 13.5% of young people aged between 15 and 24 were unemployed in 2017 compared to only 5.5% of the working-age population, according to the International Labour Organization. The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) explicitly recognize the need to ‘achieve full and productive employment and decent work’ for young people (SDG target 8.5) and ‘substantially reduce the proportion of youth not in employment, education or training’ (target 8.6). International trade is a means of implementation of the SDGs and is widely recognized for its potential to create jobs if accompanied by appropriate policies. Here’s how we make trade work for young people too. 1. UNDERS

What Does True Government Transformation Look Like?

What Does True Government Transformation Look Like? Transformation is about an organization or program moving from one state of being to another. It implies a significant and disruptive change that is necessary when an organization shifts its mission, realigns resources, or changes the way work is done. We don’t all quite know yet what is in all the agency transformation plans mandated by OMB Memorandum 17-22. There may be some bold ideas and some also-ran ideas that perhaps have great optics, but may show little true results. So far, I have heard hints of transitioning some programs to other agencies, reducing some identified duplication, shared service implementations, and a few program reductions. Some agencies have begun offering early-outs, others allowing attrition to address workforce reductions, and still other agencies indicating there will be no workforce changes. Global South scholars are missing from European and US journals. What can be done about it

Global South scholars are missing from European and US journals. What can be done about it South-based scholars are often not part of major debates and conversations in their field. This points to a severe imbalance in the production of new knowledge. Studies have shown that scholars in the global South are under represented in top international peer-reviewed  social  and  medical sciences journals. The global South refers to African, Asian, Latin American, and Middle Eastern countries who are also members of the  Group of 77 . The intergovernmental organisation of mainly developing countries is used to identify countries in the South. The global North includes the  Group of 8  and the five permanent members of the  UN Security Council . Our own analysis  of gender and politics journals shows scholars in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East are missing from leading journals published in the US and Europe. We found that between 2008 and 2017 less than 3% of 947 fu

........It's school time again! .....

I t's school time again! And I have 'not got much time to evaluate pre-primary school for my daughter's admission due to work pressure and Delhi winter vacation. It is firm opinion that early childhood learning through play school or formal early elementary school provide a foundation for learning both academically and socially that will help the child to groom and succeed in their elementary school. These early elementary school promotes language, cognitive skills, social and emotional development. We always dream of getting our children placed in good schools but it is a daunting task. It has been very painful process filling out applications and spends days to visit school. Why BJP pushing FDI liberalisation

by Rajesh Parashar Set record of FDI post liberalisation in India  I am very surprised to know the person who opposed FDI while being a chief minister of indian state and after getting top position become flag bearer of  FDI . Changes in India’s foreign investment rules are notified in two different ways are Press Notes and Legislative Change.  Centre for strategic & International Studies (CSIS) published a report on India’s FDI Reforms Under Modi is particularly notable since, after 25 years of adopting pro-market policies, India’s foreign investment regime is already much more open than it was in the early 1990s. The Atal Vajpayee government made 29 changes to India’s foreign investment regime during its six years in office. During Manmohan Singh’s first term his government made 19 changes and 18 in its second term. The Modi government has made 37 sector reforms in just over three years—a historic pace. Departure of State through FDI State is started to dilute its st
