Are you strategic aware ?

Let us consider you are required to develop a plan to set up new unit without any strategic management background . It is very painful process and try to understand doing google search and asked  mentor to help you design it. Or you get time to read a lot of stuff related strategic management  or join any workshop or online source.  Ultimately you got it some know how  that is idea,theme,concepts enable you develop own customize strategy map. But thought is coming like popcorn ,whether it is included or excluded. For this,you begin to think which strategic tools and technique is suitable and specific for you.

Before jumping on any strategic tool, first try to understand and make strategic awareness why you need and why you are assigned yourself to develop strategic map for your upcoming new unit.

List out these concepts 
  • You are required strategies,efficiency and effectiveness and innovation how to effectively manage and allocate  resources 
  • You are required strategies include mission ,vision ,growth map and means to achieve it.
  • You are required action map to do implement things well with efficiency and effectiveness
  • You are required to renew and change the strategic plan and motivate employee to keep ready for any future change.
  • You are required to concern the effectiveness of strategic fit and match with Environment  change ,Resources gap and delivery of values.
  • You are required to  build competitive advantage for product,services and business
  • You are required to identify level of strategy that is Corporate ,Operational,Functional.
  • You are required to identify  modes of strategic formation that is  three :-Planning includes analytical ,entrepreneurial,adaptive
  • You are required  to develop  awareness and decision making process to implement  strategic synergy  result in to organisation culture and leadership 
No written a single practice and academic book guarantee you that you are suggested and recommended  to implement this one that strengthen your strategic realization.It is you to establish to identify what approaches and decision are likely to most effective in particular situation and why, learn  from own experience and get clarity from theory and concept and move on further new strategy

Global South scholars are missing from European and US journals. What can be done about it South-based scholars are often not part of major debates and conversations in their field. This points to a severe imbalance in the production of new knowledge.
